Artwork / Materials Requirements:

Southwest Offset Printing Company accepts artwork via computer disk or FTP. All files must be accompanied by a color or black and white laser priniout — preferably from the beginning and end of chapters. This will allow us to check for text reflow.

For Black & White Print Jobs

A maximum of 80% shadow dot and minimum 5% highlight dot on all grayscale images. Haftones: 85-200 line screen

For Color Print Jobs

4-Color web printing rotation: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black (CMYK). Standard AAAA inks used. Total density of ink must not exceed 240%, (ideal density is 220%), UCR: 240, GCR: 85%. 85-200 line screen.
