A Full Spectrum of Post-press Services

Bindery/Inserting

We offer a full line of advanced binding, finishing and inserting equipment,capable of handing perfect binding, saddle stitching, complex finishing, and up to 32,000 insertion per hour. For added flexibility, our press lines include 11 combination folders allowing us to produce a viarety of half-fold, quarter-fold and double parallel publications quickly and accurately.

Perfect Binding
  • One (1) - 15 pocket Norm binder with cover feeder
Saddle-Stitching
  • Two(2) 8 pocket Mueller-Martini with cover feeder
  • One(1) 6 pocket + Bravo S Mueller-Martini
  • One(1) 10 pocket + Bravo Plus with cover feeder
Inserting Equipment
  • Two (2) 20 pocket GMA inserters 32,000 per hour
  • Two (2) 6 pocket Mueller-Martini 12,000 per hour

Finishing Equipment

  • One (1) Buhrs fulfillment mailing capable of polybagging labeling up to three pieces at 15,000 per hour.

Efficient and Reliable

Quality and efficiency are the main objectives at Southwest Offset Printing. Our inserting facility is equipped with some of the industries' most efficient and high tech equipment.

Highlighting our Post-Press department is our three high speed Muller Martini SLS 3000 inserters; each is capable of inserting up to 32,000 copies per hour while still fulfilling all your zoning and distribution needs.

All three machines are equipped with post-it-note labeling capabilities, and the ability to print mailing addresses directly on to your product. The products that can feed into these machines vary as much as our clients.
